Answer: Piles takes 10-15 days ,fissure takes 5 days and fistula takes 4-5 months.
3) Will i have to admit in Hospital?

4) How many times i have to come for dressings?

Answer: In case of Hemorroids(piles) : After 5-6 days bed rest at home one cane resume his daily work, In fistula after 10-15 days they can resume their work.

Of course , laser has limitations up to 2 grade piles , re occurrence chances increases in laser as grade of piles increase from 2nd degree.

for piles and fissure no sittings required only 2-3 post procedure dressings are needed , but in fistula treatments 12-14 sittings are required in our clinic . which too depends upon stage of disease. Some fistulas can be cured in 4-5 sittings
Is surgery required for Grade 4 hemorrhoids
Yes, But Ksharsutra Procedure is better then conventional piles surgery , as it is done in daycare procedure ,under local anesthsia
