All products are send through Domestic Courier services or India post Registered /speed post .
Liquid items are dispatched only if courier services accept. So before ordering any liquid please talk to us.
The medicine will be dispatched with in 5 days of the order. If medicine is Out of stock then we will mail you weather to wait or to cancel the order.
Once the order is dispatched from our store .the tracking number is updated to Account section . You can track status in courier company website.

Returns Policy
Medicines once sold are not returned or refunded
Returns and Refunds are acceptable under following conditions only
1) The order not dispatched from out Hospital/Clinic/store
2) Medicine received by you are in completely damaged in condition and open seal
3) Any liquid medicine leakage
4) Expired Medicine
5) Received wrong item
For returns or refunds
1) Inform us as soon as you receive damaged,expired medicine in Return
2) Wait for our response
3) Pack the products securely and return it back. Returning postal charges should be given by customer only.
4)Provide us postal/courier details . once we receive the product , New product is sent to you.
5) Refund of orders can take time upto 30 days. Refund will be original payment mode . .In refund Postal Charges and MDR charges will deducted .so please order carefully
