Instill 2 drops of pure Sarson oil in each nostril at morning daily. At evening before going to bed blow your nose and clean mucus.

Do pranayam, and bhujang asana 

Mask , and sanitization of hands and social distance is must

Give sunlight to all your pillows and bedsheets daily for at least 3 hours.

Avoid touching walls, staircase railings,and counters at public places. Use saniizers immiditaly once you touched these items.
